Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking an Early Talent Lead to supervise the daily administration, recruitment, and ongoing development of its Internship and Fellowship Programs. You will partner with hiring managers and participants to support workforce planning, onboarding, engagement, and program completion.

You will serve as the primary contact for interns and fellows, handling housing, events, communications, and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in a relevant field such as HR, business, communications or marketing.
• 2–4 years of experience in human resources/recruiting preferred.
• Experience coordinating internship or fellowship programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for internship and fellowship opportunities, including sourcing, review, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define position needs, timelines, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Increase program awareness through branding partnerships and university outreach.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and information sessions to attract top candidates.
• Act as primary contact for interns and fellows, guiding them throughout onboarding, engagement, and program completion.
• Coordinate onboarding and departure processes for interns and fellows and manage housing logistics.
• Plan and coordinate program events, professional development, and engagement activities.
• Maintain program resources and track data on applications, recruiting activity, and outcomes.
