Job summary

Hoffman Family of Companies in Greensboro, NC, is seeking an Early Talent Campus Recruiter to build and manage a long-term talent pipeline across four companies. You will own university and trade school partnerships, internship programs, and related analytics, driving ROI and employer branding to attract top graduates in engineering, business, HVAC/R, and related fields across the organization.

This is a forward-facing, relationship-driven role partnering with TA leadership to design campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition, campus recruiting, employer branding, or workforce development.
• Proven track record building university or trade school partnerships.
• Experience designing and managing internship programs.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to report ROI to leadership.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full talent pipeline strategy across four Hoffman Family of Companies.
• Develop and execute relationships with trade schools and universities; coordinate campus events.
• Lead internship program design, logistics, and conversion to hires.
• Build dashboards and analytics to measure ROI and pipeline effectiveness.
• Present findings to TA Manager and HR Director.
