Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or early career programming.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities for entry‑level positions, including posting roles and candidate communication.
• Research recruitment branding and talent pipeline strategies for entry-level and early career talent.
• Gather internship program feedback and identify opportunities to enhance program design and candidate experience.
• Identify partnerships and sourcing channels to strengthen regional talent pipelines.
• Analyze data and trends related to applicant flow and pipeline effectiveness.
• Contribute to tools that improve candidate and manager experiences.
• Gain exposure to Talent Acquisition tools/systems (Workday, Handshake, Indeed, LinkedIn).
