You will support recruiting activities for entry-level roles, research new approaches to attract and engage talent, and contribute to tools and resources that improve the experience of candidates, hiring managers, and future interns.Throughout the internship, you will complete a meaningful capstone project designed to create a sustainable resource that supports DigiKey’s recruiting and internship program goals. By the end of the internship, you will have practical experience in recruiting, program management, research, data analysis, project ownership, and communication that can support a future career in Human Resources.This internship is located in Thief River Falls, MN and will require regular onsite attendance.
