Job summary

Apera, a seed-stage startup building AI for autonomous industrial operations in the SF Bay Area, seeks a Product Manager to join early product team.

You will own the platform roadmap end to end—from deployment learnings to PRDs, prioritization, and GA release—interfacing with AI/ML features and architecture-level decisions.

2-5 years of enterprise or platform product experience, strong technical fluency, and a customer-facing background are required; growth potential as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience on an enterprise or platform product.
• Exposure to AI/ML features (agentic workflows, LLMs, RAG) is preferred.
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable reading architecture diagrams and participating in design reviews.
• Customer-facing background is desired.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform roadmap end to end—from deployment learnings to PRDs, prioritization, and GA release.
• Make architecture-level product decisions at the intersection of AI, industrial operations, and business.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and C-suite stakeholders in a fast-growing seed-stage environment.
