Apera in the SF Bay Area is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of 2–4 concurrent client projects, anticipate risks, and coordinate across delivery and product teams. This hands-on role suits someone with 3–5 years delivering enterprise software, AI, or ERP projects and a customer-facing background.

You’ll join a small founding team early on, with growth opportunities as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years delivering enterprise software, AI, or ERP projects.
• Customer-facing delivery experience is required.
• Hands-on project execution without coding is supported by a technical background.
• CS or related technical background is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Track internal client delivery across 2–4 concurrent projects.
• Anticipate and report project risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across delivery and product teams to ensure promises are delivered.
• Support technical project execution across AI and engineering teams.
