As an early Engineering Manager at Unify GTM, you’ll be stepping into a rare opportunity: shaping the DNA of an early‑stage, high‑velocity engineering org that’s building with the leading edge of AI.
You’ll lead one of our core product pods, owning delivery, quality, and team health and partner closely with product and design to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll also help set the foundation for how we scale: our culture, our systems, and our standards of technical and operational excellence.
