Job summary

IKEA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily DC operations in Perryville, MO. The role includes picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storage with a customer-focused approach.

You will unload and handle goods, document damages, and help meet daily and seasonal targets. The position runs Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically.
• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of goods.
• Unload inbound/outbound goods and secure merchandise for safe movement in the DC.
• Contribute to workload planning to meet daily volumes and seasonal needs.
• Remove and document damages on inbound/outbound merchandise.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
