Job summary

IKEA is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate to support daily operations in the DC. You will pick, pack, ship, receive, replenish, and store goods with a customer-first approach, ensuring safe handling and accurate documentation.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand long hours, and have English fluency. Forklift experience is a plus; prior warehouse work is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs/30 kg and stand/walk for long periods.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storage with a customer focus.
• Unload inbound/outbound goods safely and document damages.
• Contribute to daily workload planning to meet volume and seasonal needs.
• Manage and document any damaged merchandise and assist with related tasks.
