Job summary

IKEA is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to support daily DC operations in Kentucky. You will manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and storing with a customer-focused mindset.

The role requires at least 1 year of related warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and fluency in English. Benefits are available, and the schedule runs Wednesday through Saturday from 4:00pm to 2:30am with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of the goods.
• Effectively unload and handle inbound/outbound goods.
• Contribute to the overall warehouse operations goals setting and drive local business plans.
• Remove and document damages found on inbound/outbound merchandise.
• Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned.
