Responsibilities

• Concrete Preparation: Efficiently strip and clean concrete forms to ensure high-quality results.
• Mold Preparation: Prepare steel molds for concrete filling, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Carpentry Skills: Utilize basic carpentry skills to assist in mold and form construction and repair.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, communicating effectively to support project goals and timelines.
• Additional Duties: Be adaptable to take on other responsibilities as assigned, whether temporary or permanent.
