Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a hands-on team member for precast concrete production in an industrial setting. You will strip forms, prepare molds, and support carpentry and cleaning as part of a skilled manufacturing team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing or construction experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, read simple instructions, and communicate effectively with teammates.

• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
