Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC is seeking a Precast Form Builder for the 1st shift (7:00 AM start) in Springboro, Ohio. The role involves constructing forms from blueprints for precast concrete pieces inside our facility.

You will manage layouts, cut raw materials, assemble forms, nail components, and verify dimensions to support daily production schedules. Pay starts at $21.25 per hour, with raises based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Experience using handheld carpentry tools and power tools.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Construct forms from blueprints for precast concrete pieces.
