Lade Electric Supply, an affiliate of U.S. Electrical Services, Inc., is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to join our Lawrenceville, GA team. This role blends branch operations, customer service, sales, and warehouse support, including opening the facility each morning and serving professional electrical contractors.

The successful candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and focused on responsiveness, communication, and follow-through to meet customer needs from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and customers.
• Willingness to open the branch and handle early-morning schedule.
• Basic computer proficiency and ERP system familiarity.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in office/warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Open the branch each business day as a key holder by 6:00 a.m.
• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers.
• Prepare quotations, enter sales orders, process returns, and coordinate transfers.
• Build relationships with electrical contractors and customers through responsive service.
• Support branch sales growth by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
