Locke Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Associate in a 100% employee-owned environment. You’ll greet customers, provide product recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.

This role emphasizes service, integrity, and ownership in daily operations. As a key member of a customer-focused team, you’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, support branch profitability, and participate in training to grow your technical knowledge while building long-term wealth

Qualifications

• Mechanically minded with a desire to learn electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
• High school diploma or GED; ability to pass background check, Drug screen, and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude and provide product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Operational Integrity: meticulously track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy.
• Branch Pride: maintain a clean, organized, professional branch and warehouse.
• Collaborative Success: work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals; assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Continuous Learning: take ownership of your technical growth and participate in training programs for the latest trade products and technologies.
