Job summary

Qualifications

• Assembler I: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Assembler II: 1 year of complex assembly or related experience.
• Assembler III: 2 years of complex assembly or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per work instructions and tolerances while following PPE and safety rules.
• Train other employees in Assemblers II/III roles and standard work.
• Lead in problem solving and implement countermeasures as needed.
• Cross-train across multiple assembly areas based on business needs.
• Develop understanding of products and their impact on production metrics.
