Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Assembly II requires 1 year of related experience.
• Assembly III requires 2 years of related experience; competency demonstrated internally.
• Internal: Demonstrated Assembler II/Assembler III competency.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and schematics to assemble products.
• Cross train in multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Develop product understanding and impact on operations.
• Continuously learn processes and changes in job duties.
• Participate in team meetings and share information.
• Resolve problems with peer or supervisor guidance.
• Provide basic training on instructions as needed.
