The role requires validating materials, reviewing work instructions, building to specifications within tolerances, completing cleanup, and following PPE guidelines. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with overtime on alternating Saturdays; pay is $22.60 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use drawings and schematics to assemble per instructions, safely operate equipment.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develop understanding of products and their impact on the business.
• Continuously learn principles and processes as job changes require.
• Participate in team meetings to share job related information.
• Resolve problems with guidance from peers or supervisors.
• Provide basic training on work instructions as needed.
