Ingram Micro Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas, seeks a Logistics Associate I to support day-to-day warehouse and distribution center operations, including receiving, validating, sorting, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.

This role follows established standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, quality standards, and work instructions to ensure inventory is handled correctly and customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine warehouse, logistics, distribution, receiving, shipping, packing, sorting, and inventory tasks.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety rules, and quality guidelines.
• Learn warehouse systems and equipment including RF scanners and WMS.
• Accurately validate, count, sort, label, move, stage, pack, and process products in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, communication, and safe work habits.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, validate, and process inbound products per procedures.
• Sort, stage, and route products based on criteria.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Record product movement using RF scanners and WMS.
• Load/unload/move/stage materials with equipment after training.
• Support inventory control by counting and flagging discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and safety rules.
• Communicate with team to meet daily goals and follow company policies.
