Job summary

Ingram Micro in the United States is seeking a Logistics Associate I to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing and shipping customer orders. You will follow standard procedures, safety guidelines and work instructions to ensure accurate inventory and on-time fulfillment.

This role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail and good teamwork. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

Ability to perform routine warehouse, logistics, distribution, receiving, shipping, packing, sorting, and inventory support tasks.
Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions, SOPs, safety rules, and quality guidelines.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn warehouse systems and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process inbound products according to warehouse procedures.
Sort, stage, and route products based on processing and inventory criteria.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to record product movements and support accuracy.
Load and unload materials using pallet jacks and other equipment after training.
Support inventory control by verifying counts and escalating discrepancies.
