Job summary

Ingram Micro in Dallas is seeking an Associate II, Equipment Operations to safely operate powered industrial equipment and support receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution center.

This experienced operator moves, loads, unloads, stacks, and stages products while maintaining accurate inventory transactions and meeting productivity, quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers accurately.
• Move, stack, stage products; support inventory control.
• Record inventory movements using RF scanners and WMS.
• Identify discrepancies; report safety hazards.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and assist training.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, product damage, safety hazards, and process issues.
• Follow OSHA and company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
