Job summary

California Teaching Fellows Foundation is seeking a part-time Teaching Fellow in Fresno to support TK-12 students in after-school programs. You will monitor learning activities, develop daily lesson plans, and provide tutoring under the supervision of site leads.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and eligibility to work in the United States. Light reporting and safety responsibilities form part of the role.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• HSD or GED; completion of 48 college units or equivalent exam for NCLB.
• Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and mentor student learning activities daily.
• Develop lesson plans and daily objectives.
• Submit lesson plans to Teaching Fellows for standards alignment.
• Provide individual and group tutoring and track progress.
• Observe and enforce classroom rules and safety procedures.
