Job summary

Kohl's in Battle Creek, MI is hiring for an Early Morning Associate. Starting at 7am, you will help keep the store clean and safe while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will perform daily cleaning, stock room support, greet customers, and assist with product and services. Training on chemicals and equipment is provided, and you’ll work with the store team to meet goals. No retail experience required; 18+; flexible availability including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards and procedures.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies and rotate when needed.
• Complete required training for chemical handling, equipment and maintenance.
• Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team with stockroom duties and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
