Job summary

Kohl's Morristown store is hiring for an Associate role. You will maintain a safe, clean environment across the store, perform daily cleaning tasks, and support operations with stock receiving and fulfillment to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include using approved products, renewing supplies, completing training, and assisting customers with product questions while maintaining Kohl's standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication with interpersonal abilities.
• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas following Kohl's standards.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment to maintain safety.
• Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Utilize Kohl's tools to plan and share information with the team.
• Assist operations with receiving, stockroom tasks and fulfillment.
• Greet customers and offer help with products and services.
