Job summary

Michaels Stores in SAN ANGELO, TX is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure a fast, efficient checkout experience. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in the Rewards program, and support in-store and online fulfillment processes.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can stand for long periods, and are available for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle transactions.
• Promote Michaels rewards program and private label credit card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain stock and perform merchandise recovery and store recovery tasks.
• Assist with Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
