Michaels - Store NAS-NASHVILLE WEST, Nashville, TN - is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and keeping the floor well-merchandised and in-stock, while promoting store policies and safety.

The role involves helping customers, enrolling them in rewards programs, and supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, with a focus on positive

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves.

Responsabilités

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; maintain respectful conduct.
