Job summary

Family Fare, LLC is seeking a stock associate in Grand Rapids, MI. You will assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise, rotating shelves, and ensuring clean, well‑stocked departments to enhance guest experience.

You will follow safety and food safety guidelines, manage product locations, and support other departments as needed. High school diploma preferred; basic math and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
• Properly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays on sales floor.
• Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Have familiarity with all products carried in the departments and know the product locations in the store.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments.
• Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
• Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
