General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience for customers by greeting them courteously, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation. The role involves performing various tasks across the store as needed, including customer service, merchandise handling, and store maintenance.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and maintain awareness to ensure a secure shopping environment.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, including greeting, answering questions, and handling transactions efficiently.
• Support store cleanliness and organization through regular cleaning and merchandise recovery.
• Adhere to loss prevention standards and safeguard company assets.
• Follow policies related to cash handling and transactions with high accuracy.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and productivity in daily tasks.
