Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily restaurant operations and to develop teammates. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coaching staff, and upholding our service standards in a fast-paced environment. Availability from 4:00 AM is required to start shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant.

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and manage cash drawers.
