Job summary

The Michaels Stores location BOS-NEWTON, MA is hiring a retail teammate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms while maintaining in-stock conditions.

Additionally, you will assist with omnichannel tasks (BOPIS, SFS), engage customers in the Rewards program, and support safety and shrink programs in a clothing-agnostic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery.
