Qualifications

• Experience with salad bar prep, baking and catering preferred.
• Experience in school dining or large-volume food prep is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidance.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality and serves customers efficiently.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.
