Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time prep cook positions at Tabor Academy, 85 Spring Street, Marion, MA. Online applications are accepted only. Schedule includes days, evenings and weekends with details provided at interview.

Qualifications

1 year prep cooking experience preferred.
Full-time and part-time schedule; evenings and weekends may be required.
Location: Marion, MA (Tabor Academy)

Responsibilities

Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
Completes orders from steam tables and grills and serves customers at multiple stations.
