Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Retail Seasonal Service Team Member at our Troy store for part-time, early-morning shifts. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and help customers find products, ensuring fast, friendly checkout experiences and adherence to our Store policies.

Your role includes supporting BOPIS, SFS, and store recovery while promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. This position adapts to a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions to support brand promises.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP adherence.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
