Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to support GM and Food departments, ensuring accurate pricing, stock, and merchandising on the sales floor. You will deliver a friendly guest experience, assist with inventory, and help with back‑up cashier duties as needed.

We look for 18+ year-olds with strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills. The role involves lifting up to 44 pounds and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.
• Work independently and with a team; resolve questions quickly.
• Capability to perform multi-step processes with attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 44 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues; thank each guest during checkout.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and maintain shelf availability.
• Operate as needed when certified, including scanning and light freight handling.
