Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Fork Lift Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work assignments to meet inbound and outbound service requirements.
• Direct achievement of performance metrics for productivity, quality, service, and safety.
• Monitor workflow and take corrective action on errors.
• Ensure procedures are observed, implemented, and enforced.
• Maintain time, attendance, and performance records.
• Develop and document warehouse processes.
• Establish and monitor performance standards for pick, pack, and ship.
