Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator in Glendale, AZ. You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor to receive, select full pallets for shipping, and restock picking slots while moving with urgency.

Certification to operate forklift is required, with re-certification every 3 years, and a minimum of one year in a distribution center. The role requires the ability to work in a cold environment, maintain accuracy, and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift certification must be re-certified every 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Distribution Center with safety training.
• Ability to work in a cold environment for several hours.
• Attention to accuracy and detail while moving with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload and move pallets.
• Perform order selection for loading outbound trucks.
• Restock picking slots and replenish locations.
• Pull product from warehouse locations as needed.
• Load and unload trucks when required.
