Home Brands Group LLC is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.

Shifts may start as early as 5:00 a.m. and extend into the evening; successful applicants will perform equipment checks, help with stock counts, and follow all safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a forklift operator.
• Valid forklift certification/license required.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn thermoforming machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries.
• Move goods to designated storage areas safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
• Use RF scanners to pick, prepare, and stage products.
• Assist with stock counts.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and keep areas clean and organized.
