Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Wilder, KY seeks a Part-Time Retail Food & Bev Lead for first shift, 4am-9am, with pay $13.50-$15.25 per hour. The Food & Beverage Lead oversees a safe, clean, stocked foodservice area and supports associates with knowledge of programs, products, equipment, and SOPs to grow foodservice sales.

Qualifications

• Part-time role with early morning shift 4am-9am.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to train and supervise associates on shift.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, date-check safety.
• Prepare fresh condiments with correct dating procedures.
• Operate HTG Oven/Warmer and ensure proper expiration times.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice supply orders to prevent stockouts.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize all smallwares.
• Maintain cleanliness of all foodservice areas.
• Follow Hi Five Guest Experience on shift and training requirements.
• Ovenside Stores – maintain oven cleanliness.
