Dunkin' in McMinnville, TN is hiring AM Crew Members to support early-morning store opening and guest service. You will arrive early to prep, greet customers, and prepare food and drinks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+, dependable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to train. Weekend/holiday availability may be required. Pay is hourly with potential for growth and a positive team culture.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
