Dunkin’ AM Crew Member in Maryville, TN is a part-time role focused on opening duties for a 5:00 AM store opening. You will greet guests, prepare and package food and beverages, and keep the store clean while supporting team leaders to ensure smooth operations.

Requires reliability, ability to work early mornings, and strong customer service skills; prior QSR experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work on your feet.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Previous food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages per Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (up to 11:00 PM).
• Collaborate with team members and shift leaders.
