Bluemont Group operates Dunkin’ and is hiring an AM Crew Member in Crossville, TN. Shifts begin as early as 4:00 AM to prepare for a 5:00 AM opening; the position offers $12.00–$15.00 per hour.

Greet guests, prepare and package food and beverages, and maintain a clean store. Must be at least 16, with strong communication and dependable transportation; weekends/holidays may be required; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM)
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
