Bluemont Group is hiring for an AM Crew Member at a Dunkin’ location in Cookeville, TN. This part-time role requires availability to start as early as 4:00 AM to support a 5:00 AM opening, with potential shifts through the day and some evenings.

Ideal candidates are dependable, with strong customer service and communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced setting. Paid training and growth opportunities are offered within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
