Lincoln Academy's Eagle Cafe is hiring a Kitchen Helper for an early morning breakfast shift. You will set up, unload deliveries, and prep hot breakfast items, then serve students at the POS and keep the line moving from 7:30–8:00 AM.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced environment, FIFO organization, and quick clean-up to ready the kitchen for lunch service. This part-time morning position suits someone who stays busy and finishes before 8:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Background in fast food, retail stocking, food prep, or cashiering.
• High school diploma (or GED) and a valid Food Handler Permit.
• Punctual and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 70 lbs and work early shifts.

Responsibilities

• Setup and unload deliveries on delivery days (Mon/Thu), or set up serving stations on non-delivery days.
• Prepare hot breakfast items (parfaits, burritos, breads) and stage under warming lamps.
• Operate the student POS and keep the line moving for breakfast service (7:30–8:00).
• Clean, sanitize, and prep the kitchen for the lunch crew.
