Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of the TJX Companies family, is seeking team members to deliver a premier customer experience in a fast-paced store environment in the USA. You will engage customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities include adherence to policies, participation in store recovery, and cross-training across store areas. Strong communication and adaptability are essential; prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
