Job summary

PRACTICE Benefit Corp. in New York seeks an Education Champion to provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects, with a focus on phonics and early literacy.

You’ll work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 10–35 hours per week, with ongoing training and opportunities to impact urban students.

This role offers flexible scheduling, pay at $25–$27 per hour, and a program completion bonus up to 10% of total earnings.

About the Job: We are seeking entry-level educators, tutors, and aspiring teachers with a basic understanding of or interest in phonics instruction.
