Job summary

Ampact's Early Learning Corps is hiring an Early Learning Tutor to support pre-kindergarten students in the 2026-27 school year. You will work with a classroom teacher to deliver proven activities, coach students, and help build early literacy and math skills.

In this role, you will track progress, participate in training, and contribute to a caring learning environment that sparks curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and adapt based on feedback.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks (email, online navigation).
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult focused on helping students thrive.
• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet with the on-site coach.
• Enter student scores into tracking software.
• Commit to personal growth through coaching and training.
• Share experience with the community.
