Job summary

Encompass invites applicants for a Child Care Teacher role in Wisconsin to support high-quality early learning using the HighScope curriculum. You will foster growth across physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and developmental domains while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

As part of a collaborative team, you will observe, assess, and tailor learning experiences to individual children, communicate with families, and uphold licensing and ethical standards in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with The Registry or eligible.
• Lead Educators must meet the education requirements established by DCF and NAEYC.
• Must obtain Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED, Abusive Head Trauma Prevention, and other DCF/NAEYC trainings.
• Prior experience in an early childhood education setting required.
• Experience with HighScope or Conscious Discipline preferred.
• Experience in a NAEYC-accredited program preferred.
