Job summary

Encompass Early Educ & Care Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a Child Care Teacher to provide high-quality early learning experiences that support children's growth. The role utilizes the HighScope curriculum and related assessment practices to create a safe, nurturing, inclusive learning environment that promotes belonging, independence, and well-being.

You will build positive relationships with children and families, document development, and collaborate with colleagues while following DCF

Qualifications

• Must be registered with or eligible to register with The Registry, Wisconsin's Recognition System for the ECE Profession.
• Lead Educators must meet DCF and NAEYC education requirements.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications and training (Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED, mandated reporters, etc.).
• Prior experience in an early childhood setting is required.
• Experience with HighScope or Conscious Discipline is preferred.
