Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with at least 1 year teaching experience.
• Associate Degree with at least 3 years teaching experience in ECE.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager with staff work schedules and supervision to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular health, safety, and environmental inspections and checklists.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Ensure classroom furniture, materials, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and inventoried.
• Manage site inventories, including forms, office supplies, and equipment.
• Meet regularly with the Site Manager to exchange information on site operations and activities.
