Martha & Mary Early Learning Center in Poulsbo, WA, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead educational programs, guide staff, and ensure child well-being. This full-time role focuses on developmentally appropriate activities and strong parental communication.

Collaboration with directors, supervision of staff, and ensuring licensing compliance are key responsibilities. Flexible leadership style and a caring approach are essential for fostering a positive learning environment.

Formación

• ECE State Certificate or equivalent with at least two years of experience as a teacher (birth to 5 years).
• One year of management/coaching experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain Food Handler’s Permit and First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor the educational program, including daily schedules with play, group activities, outdoor time, rest, and meals.
• Supervise and schedule childcare aides and teachers; support staff development.
• Provide clear guidance on discipline and support staff in behavior management.
• Maintain quality control by implementing best practices and ensuring lesson plans are developmentally appropriate.
